Habit Feng Shui


It was known 3000 years ago and we know it now...if you want to effect long-term, positive lifestyle change you have to stay mindful of whatever change or improvement you're trying to make. The old Chinese philosophy of Feng Shui sets out a nice "map" to help you focus on various parts of your life and can give you those needed reminders of what you've set your mind to do.


The video below is not a detailed lesson in Feng Shui but I use the idea to illustrate what I've been talking about all this time. And, although the "map" describes nine areas of focus, I still say pick just one at a time as you move along your personal path of wellness.
